Neurographic Art – Every Wednesday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Neurographic art is a therapeutic drawing method. It involves creating freeform “neuro lines,” smoothing the corners where they intersect, and coloring the resulting shapes. The technique helps calm the mind by transforming stress and negative emotions through a mindful, creative process.
Movie with some Pizza and Pop – Every Friday from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. $5 per person
